About
Josco Educational Consultancy (JEC) has been guiding students to the right colleges and courses since 1995. By sharing your mobile number with us, you agree to receive RCS (Rich Communication Service) messages related to your education journey.
What we send
We use RCS messaging to keep you informed about:
- Admission alerts and application updates
- College and course information
- Counseling appointments and reminders
- Scholarship and financial guidance
- News, events, and study-abroad opportunities
Message frequency: typically 2–10 messages per month depending on your enquiry.
Your consent
You give consent to receive messages when you submit an enquiry form, register at our office, or contact us via phone. Consent is voluntary and not required to use our services.
How to opt out
You can stop messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from us
- Calling us at 098441 23113 or 094477 63504
- Emailing admin@joscoeducation.in with subject “Unsubscribe RCS”
Requests are processed within 3 business days. You may still receive messages for services already availed.
Your data
We collect and use your mobile number only to send educational communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your information is protected in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

Charges
JEC does not charge you for RCS messages. Standard data charges from your mobile operator may apply.

Our RCS messaging program complies with all applicable Indian telecom and data protection regulations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via RCS message or posted on our website. Continued use of our messaging service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
